Updates to High-Performance Pathway Policies

We are excited to release a series of documents that support our High-Performance Pathway Development. They contain information for athletes, coaches and selectors about SBNZ’s Selection Policies, Expression of Interest for selection, and Skateboarding Nomination Criteria for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Skateboarding Nomination Criteria for Paris 2024 Olympic Games

This document explains the process and criteria for nominating and selecting athletes wishing to be considered for the Paris 2023 Olympic Games Team and Skateboarding Event. The Nomination Criteria supersede any correspondence before 1 May 2023. The document is endorsed by Skateboarding New Zealand Incorporated and ratified by the New Zealand Federation of Roller Sports Incorporated and the New Zealand Olympic Committee.

SBNZ World Skate Event Selection Policy

This policy explains our selection process for World Skate qualifier skateboarding events through to 25 June 2024. This policy does not cover selection or nomination to the Paris 2024 Olympic games.

This document is the official notification from Skateboarding New Zealand Incorporated (SBNZ) asking for expressions of interest from New Zealand skateboarders who wish to be endorsed to attend any World Skate Skateboard Tour Events.

This form is for athletes who wish to express interest in being endorsed by SBNZ for World Skate Skateboard Tour Events. Athletes should read the Expression of Interest Notification before completing this form.
